Your Role

As a Project Manager reporting to the Delivery Lead for APAC, you will contribute to onboarding a rapidly expanding roster of ecommerce retailers. Your primary duty is to smoothly implement the full suite of Athos Commerce's tools, including search, merchandising, personalization, and feed optimization solutions, ensuring excellent delivery quality.

You will be the trusted point of contact for customers and partners throughout the project lifecycle—from kickoff to completion—helping establish long-term successful relationships. You will also develop expertise in Athos products and coordinate both internal and external technical resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and prioritize new project requests from customers, initiating project kickoffs with well-defined requirements, clear timelines, and expectations.
• Work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless handover and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience.
• Create and manage project plans, milestones, and deliverables to drive teams toward timely completion and maximize the value delivered.
• Coordinate with frontend and solutions engineering teams to ensure prompt, quality implementation across the product suite.
• Provide regular project status updates, identifying risks and mitigation approaches to keep projects on track.
• Collect customer feedback to identify process improvements and produce enablement documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary liaison for customers and partners during implementations, fostering strong professional relationships for continued success.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tech project or delivery management roles involving customer interaction in dynamic environments.
• Proven ability to use influence and negotiation to manage expectations and guide teams toward deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with a talent for building collaborative relationships at various organizational levels.
• Background in ecommerce, website development, or data/feed management, preferably with platforms like Shopify or Adobe Commerce.
• Basic technical proficiency with data feeds, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and APIs is advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• A process-driven mindset with enthusiasm for continuous improvement and learning.
