Position Summary
This opportunity is ideal for an emerging Project Manager seeking to advance their consultancy career by working on diverse infrastructure projects. The role involves collaborating with seasoned project leaders and overseeing critical project management phases from initiation to completion.
Key Duties
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting obligations
- Organize daily operations across consultant and contractor teams
- Lead and facilitate design team meetings
- Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Assist with procurement and contract management
- Track project progress to ensure milestone achievement
- Enhance project success through proactive problem-solving and effective communication
Candidate Profile
- Between 2 to 5 years of project management experience in infrastructure, construction, transport, property, or related fields
- Proficient in managing full project lifecycles
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience coordinating consultant teams and conducting project meetings
- Skilled at fostering trustworthy relationships with clients and project partners
- Strong organizational talent with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Commercially aware with knowledge of project control methods
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction, project management, or a related area
- Demonstrates a positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
