Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Python Backend Developer proficient in Azure-based REST API microservice development to join our Bengaluru East team. The role involves creating and maintaining backend services with a focus on scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Python-based microservices using Azure REST APIs.
Perform validation tests and troubleshoot system issues to ensure platform reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware, software, and networking elements effectively.
Manage large data ingestion workflows using Kafka.
Work with cloud-based data engineering platforms such as Databricks.
Utilize version control tools like Git for managing codebase.
Implement containerization solutions using Docker.

Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience in Python and developing microservices with Azure REST APIs.
Hands-on experience with Kafka for large scale data ingestion.
Familiarity with Databricks or comparable cloud-based data engineering tools.
Proficient in version control systems such as Git.
Experience with Docker containerization.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts considered advantageous.
