Role Overview

The QS & QC Engineer will contribute to planning, cost management, measurement, billing, documentation, and execution support for construction projects in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, accounting, execution, and site monitoring so work stays on schedule.
• Carry out quantity surveying tasks such as measurement take-offs, rate checks, bill validation, and subcontractor billing.
• Prepare and examine BOQs, cost estimates, budgets, and tender-related documents for construction works.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep execution running smoothly.
• Spot possible risks, delays, and technical concerns, then help put corrective actions in place.
• Track project costs, monitor variations, and assist with financial reporting and cost control.
• Make sure project activities follow company procedures, contract terms, and applicable industry standards.
• Review invoices from contractors and vendors and certify completed work against approved drawings and specifications.
• Keep project records, reports, and documentation related to execution, billing, and procurement up to date.
• Assist procurement efforts by assessing quotations and supporting vendor and subcontractor coordination.

Eligibility

This role is open to candidates with a B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
