Quality and Environment Manager

Overview

Enatel is seeking an experienced Quality and Environment Manager to enhance, strengthen, and drive continuous improvements in the company’s quality and environmental management frameworks. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role ensures that quality and environmental considerations are seamlessly integrated into daily operations and business practices. The successful candidate will significantly contribute to maintaining the ISO 14001 certification, advancing compliance, and fostering ongoing enhancements company-wide.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance Enatel's Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
• Lead activities for ISO 14001 certification readiness, including surveillance and recertification audits.
• Lead, mentor, and empower the Quality team to achieve high-quality outcomes, enhance skills, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, oversee corrective actions, and lead management review sessions.
• Support customer quality matters such as investigations, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective measures.
• Oversee environmental compliance monitoring and champion initiatives to elevate environmental performance.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance compliance, operational discipline, and overall process performance.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in maintaining quality and/or environmental management systems with strong familiarity of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Skilled in managing audits, corrective actions, and compliance processes effectively.
• Proven ability to influence and manage stakeholder relationships across an organization.
• Experience working within manufacturing, engineering, technology, or similarly regulated industries.
• A relevant qualification in Quality, Environmental Management, Engineering, Operations, Science, or related fields.
