Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised individual to join our team remotely as a Data Entry Specialist. This full-time role is vital for maintaining accurate company data and improving operational processes. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from 45 to 55 USD.
Key Responsibilities
- Precisely input data from diverse sources such as customer orders, supplier invoices, and internal records into company databases.
- Regularly update and maintain existing data to ensure high accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct systematic quality control checks to spot and rectify discrepancies or errors.
- Sort, organise, and compile data to prepare source documentation for digital entry.
- Generate reports, retrieve information from databases, and manage electronic filing as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information responsibly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in data entry or similar administrative roles.
- High typing speed paired with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of data management systems and databases.
- Strong organisational and time management capabilities, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
