Key Responsibilities

Direct high-impact international programs from conceptualization through implementation, monitoring, and completion, ensuring adaptation to change and delivering outcomes.
Design and enhance scalable operational frameworks and processes that elevate efficiency and drive tangible business results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including risk, compliance, legal, product, engineering, data analytics, and commercial units to align goals and guarantee successful program delivery.
Convert complex regulatory demands into actionable, growth-supporting business strategies that reinforce customer trust.
Create accountability structures and operational models to enable effective teamwork across distributed groups.
Prepare strategic communications, progress updates, and proposals for senior leadership while handling critical escalations.
Implement data-driven strategies to collect user feedback, identify operational weaknesses, and stimulate continuous improvements.
Analyze systemic issues and craft scalable solutions enhancing processes, infrastructure, and overall user experience.
Promote a culture emphasizing responsibility, operational discipline, collaboration, and customer-centric decision-making.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in program management, strategic operations, consulting, or go-to-market strategy roles within rapidly growing businesses.
Proven track record in independently steering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from planning to execution.
Excellent communicator capable of clearly articulating complex technical, operational, or regulatory information to both executive and external audiences.
Experience creating and scaling cross-departmental operating models, PMO systems, and process enhancements.
Strong analytical and systemic thinking skills to diagnose root problems and develop lasting solutions.
Comfort collaborating across diverse teams including product, engineering, legal, compliance, risk management, and commercial units.
Competency in utilizing data analytics and reporting tools to inform strategic choices and evaluate program performance.
Preferred background in technology, financial services, fintech, or similarly dynamic industries.
Outstanding written and verbal communication talents, with an aptitude for storytelling and influencing stakeholders.
