We invite applications for an experienced Robotic Welding Operator to handle and oversee robotic welding machinery employed in producing high-quality office chairs and cafeteria seating products. Candidates should be proficient with various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, Laser, and Spot Welding to maintain premium weld integrity while maximizing efficiency and complying with safety protocols.

Key Duties

• Operate robotic welding equipment efficiently and safely during manufacturing processes.
• Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure weld standards meet specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to welding machinery to avoid downtime.
• Adhere strictly to company safety guidelines and support a safe production environment.

Required Technical Expertise

• Proficient in MIG, TIG, Laser, and Spot Welding methodologies.
• Experience working with robotic welding systems and associated fixtures and jigs.
• Ability to set welding parameters correctly for different products.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Basic knowledge of robot programming is desirable.
• Skilled in performing weld quality inspections and identifying defects efficiently.
