The Conversational Banking portfolio comprises three teams united by a single goal — delivering exceptional customer service via an integrated communication platform that enhances efficiency and operational excellence for bankers and support teams.

This hybrid position is based in Wellington or Auckland, requiring three days on-site (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) with the option to work remotely the other two days.

• Developing the Amazon Connect Platform and related technologies.
• Expanding the use of Generative AI for conversational banking.
• Enhancing our technology stack following industry best practices.
• Growing our automated testing framework.

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency with AWS and cloud-based technologies.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs.
• Skill in Java and/or Node.js development.
• Familiarity with React and TypeScript is advantageous but optional.
