Role Overview
We invite experienced project management professionals, particularly those familiar with healthcare services or transformational initiatives, to contribute to a dynamic team driving extensive change programs. This position is crucial for delivering projects that enhance clinical services, ultimately improving patient care quality within areas such as laboratory services and operating theatres.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage multiple projects using standardized project and risk management approaches from initiation through to completion.
- Collaborate closely with senior service leaders to implement improvements aligned with the organization's strategic priorities.
- Apply tenacious communication skills to build robust working relationships across teams.
- Innovate by encouraging creative solutions and new thinking methods.
- Contribute to shaping team workplans and broader organizational impacts.
- Lead and supervise project management staff as part of line management duties.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record in delivering physical or process improvement projects within healthcare or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge of project and risk management methodologies.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
