Role Overview

This senior role demands leadership of complex, multi-team technical programs impacting millions of gamers. You will engage with both foundational platform infrastructure and consumer-facing application teams to craft scalable, high-quality solutions. Your responsibilities include steering software delivery, ensuring cross-team alignment, influencing crucial decisions, and guaranteeing program success across distributed engineering, product, QA, and operations groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end complex programs spanning multiple teams, maintaining clear scope, priorities, and outcomes.
• Balance business needs, technical limits, and delivery schedules to guide decision-making and prioritization.
• Convert business objectives into clear technical plans in close collaboration with engineering groups.
• Recognize risks proactively and manage mitigation efforts to keep projects on schedule amidst dependencies.
• Coordinate alignment among engineering, product, and partner teams, including influencing senior stakeholders as required.
• Provide clarity in uncertain scenarios, helping teams formulate practical and scalable solutions.
• Enhance program execution by innovating processes, tools, and frameworks for improved efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain transparent program health visibility, including progress tracking, risk assessments, tradeoffs, and milestone updates.
• Mentor teams on program management methodologies to uplift organizational execution maturity.

Required Qualifications

• Five to seven or more years managing technical programs or related roles.
• Experience directing complex, interdependent, multi-team projects.
• Scrum Master background with solid knowledge of Agile ceremonies and team practices.
• Technical foundation in software development or quality engineering, with strong familiarity with system design, testing, and delivery.
• Understanding of software development workflows and system architecture principles.
• Proven skill in fostering alignment and influencing decisions across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with distributed, cross-functional teams worldwide.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity effectively and deliver results in dynamic environments.
• Competence in managing software development lifecycle programs, from conception through deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong application of Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban, adaptable to complex project contexts.
• Successful track record aligning globally distributed and multicultural teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel periodically for collaboration.
• Experience scaling or enhancing program management workflows and tools.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $191,400 to $287,200 USD annually, adjusted for location and individual qualifications. The position also offers a premium benefits package including medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) matching, paid leave, wellness programs, employee discounts, and eligibility for bonus compensation.
