Job Overview

L&T Valves is seeking skilled Service Engineers to manage installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and post-sales servicing of industrial valve products at various customer locations.

Primary Duties

Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities for industrial valves.
Respond promptly to customer complaints with appropriate technical solutions.
Conduct detailed troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and thorough site inspections.
Liaise efficiently with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Assist in customer site shutdowns and turnaround operations.
Generate accurate service reports, maintain documentation, and update MIS records.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality guidelines.
Contribute to Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), warranty services, and spare parts operations.

Candidate Profile

Possess a B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Have 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in servicing or maintaining industrial valves.
Background in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power, or Process sectors is advantageous.
Demonstrate robust troubleshooting abilities and proficient customer service skills.
