Job Overview
As a Services Renewal Representative IV at Oracle in Melbourne, you will lead efforts to renew existing customer contracts, primarily focusing on medium to large accounts within your designated region. This role demands proactive communication to ensure clients are well-informed about the company's products, business procedures, and contract specifics.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle timely renewal processes for customers in your territory, primarily medium and large clients.
- Educate clients about business operations and any contractual considerations related to their agreements.
- Promote customer awareness regarding various elements of Oracle’s product portfolio.
- Maintain set productivity goals through effective outbound renewal calls.
- Manage exceptions or issues that might cause delays or prevent renewals from proceeding smoothly.
- Identify potential top-tier sales opportunities and appropriately transfer these leads to sales representatives.
- Provide accurate forecasting for business targets and identify opportunities within your area.
