As a Talent Coordinator, you will be central to the recruitment process, managing candidate pipelines, aiding partner hiring efforts, and enhancing internal recruitment methods and technology. Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for several rapid-growth hiring streams.
• Identify, assess, and coordinate candidates efficiently in a high-volume scenario.
• Develop strong connections with candidates, serving as a main contact throughout their recruitment journey.
• Offer constructive input regarding internal recruiting tools and workflows to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in creating scalable hiring protocols, systems, and operational processes.

Candidate Profile

• Possess between zero to three years of experience in recruitment, operations, or other performance-driven fields such as consulting or investment banking.
• Demonstrate initiative, a strong work ethic, and a goal-focused approach.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
• Open to feedback, humble, and enthusiastic about learning.
• Located in San Francisco or willing to relocate there.

Compensation Details

• Annual base salary ranges from $80,000 to $110,000.
• Equity opportunities included.
