Overview and Key Responsibilities

The Team Leader will oversee complete store operations to guarantee prompt and accurate order completion. This role involves directing picker and packer teams to meet defined productivity and accuracy benchmarks. Maintaining inventory precision through regular audits and timely stock replenishment is essential. The position also requires ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards. Monitoring performance indicators and implementing initiatives for ongoing enhancement are critical aspects of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience working in q-commerce, e-commerce, retail, or warehouse environments.
Proven leadership capability with effective team management and personnel handling skills.
Technical proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to execute tasks efficiently in dynamic, high-pressure settings.

Location Details

This position is based in and around the Tirupathi area with specific locations including KT Road, Tiruchanur, and Shiv Jyothi Colony.
