Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all technical operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to company standards as well as manufacturer guidelines.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the technical team by monitoring performance, distributing responsibilities accordingly, and coaching for skill enhancement.
• Guarantee superior maintenance, diagnostic, and repair services to maximize customer satisfaction while reducing vehicle downtime.
• Assist the team in resolving challenging technical problems by collaborating with manufacturers and technical support units.
• Uphold quality assurance and compliance with relevant safety protocols, company policies, manufacturer instructions, and legal regulations.
• Monitor performance metrics including technical KPIs, productivity, repair quality, turnaround times, warranty results, and workshop throughput, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with Parts, Service, and other departments to ensure timely supply of parts, tools, equipment, and technical resources.
• Generate technical performance reports, identify operational shortcomings, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost overall effectiveness and quality.

Candidate Profile

• Preferred Saudi nationals aligning with the company's localization goals.
• Possess 5 to 8 years of experience in automotive technical operations, workshop management, diagnostic procedures, or aftersales service.
• Demonstrated leadership capacity with proven ability to guide teams, oversee performance, and nurture employee growth.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge in vehicle diagnostics, repair protocols, maintenance operations, and automotive standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose complex issues, find root causes, and apply effective solutions.
• Highly customer-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency and achieving business objectives.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages, with excellent communication abilities in both.
