Role Overview

This role supports the day-to-day running of utility systems, with a focus on keeping operations stable, maintaining dependable data exchange, and ensuring smooth communication between field equipment and central platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Keep an eye on system health and help maintain uninterrupted operations.
Identify and resolve issues related to connectivity, data transfer, and system functionality.
Work closely with IT, engineering, and on-site field teams to coordinate operational support.
Record activity details, prepare reports, and keep operational documents up to date.

Requirements

A bachelor’s qualification in Engineering, IT, or a closely related discipline is required.
At least 4 years of experience in systems operations or a comparable environment is expected.
Applicants should bring strong analytical ability, reporting skills, and coordination capability.
