About the Role
This position is offered by a well-established clinic based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Wellness Coach will be responsible for implementing comprehensive wellness programs focusing on lifestyle coaching, preventive health, recovery therapies, and relaxation treatments in accordance with the Ministry of Health regulations and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client evaluations within the scope of practice ensuring informed consent is obtained when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to hygiene and safety protocols while maintaining accurate and confidential session records following the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
- Provide expert guidance on lifestyle enhancement, stress relief strategies, and rehabilitation techniques while ensuring the safe use of wellness equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with medical professionals to ensure an integrated and premium client care experience.
- Maintain relevant certifications and leverage practical experience within wellness, spa, or medical environments.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to establish trust and motivate clients.
- Solid understanding of health and wellness principles including lifestyle management and behavior modification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey wellness concepts and actionable advice.
- Knowledge in exercise physiology with experience in creating safe and evidence-based exercise plans adaptable to varied populations.
- Relevant academic qualifications or certifications in wellness, exercise science, sports science, nutrition, public health, or related disciplines.
- Experience in healthcare settings, fitness centers, corporate wellness programs, or community health initiatives is preferred.
- Cultural sensitivity and a client-focused approach when engaging with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
