This role involves working remotely on building reliable, scalable backend systems and high-performing APIs, contributing to ventures that foster economic growth and meaningful employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and sustain scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including frontend developers, product managers, and designers to create robust and efficient applications.
- Construct and fine-tune database schemas and queries utilizing PostgreSQL and SQLite.
- Implement secure methods for authentication, authorization, and integration of third-party APIs.
- Enhance performance, scalability, and robustness of backend architectures.
- Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code; actively engage in code reviews and troubleshooting.
- Utilize contemporary backend technologies, cloud environments, and deployment pipelines to deliver production-quality solutions.
