Internship Overview
Join Marshall Ridge Consulting Ltd. as a Campus Ambassador where you will serve as the face of ElevateU within your college or university community, helping to increase awareness and engagement with the platform’s career guidance and skill development programs. This remote, part-time role demands dedication to promote ElevateU’s features including certifications, resume building, internships, and career readiness tools.
Responsibilities
- Act as the official representative of ElevateU among students and faculty within your academic institution and broader student network.
- Introduce students to the platform’s offerings and assist them in registering and completing profiles through unique referral tools.
- Create and nurture a vibrant ElevateU student community on campus by organizing and leading both virtual and physical events.
- Collaborate with placement offices, student clubs, entrepreneurship cells, and academic bodies to broaden outreach.
- Promote ElevateU’s approved content across various social media channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Gather and relay organized feedback about student needs relating to academics, skills, and career progression.
- Engage in training sessions, regular assignments, and progress review meetings to enhance program efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, registrations, and session outcomes while adhering to data privacy and brand standards.
- Meet minimum monthly targets to qualify for incentives, certificates, and formal recognition.
Who Should Apply
- Currently enrolled students at recognized Indian colleges or universities from any discipline or year.
- Individuals possessing strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and leadership potential.
- Preferred candidates are those involved in campus organizations including placement cells, student councils, NSS, NCC, cultural or entrepreneurship clubs.
- Self-driven, disciplined candidates comfortable managing weekly goals and capable of dedicating 1–2 hours daily for 5 days each week.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, or any regional language is advantageous.
- Proficient use of smartphone, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms is required, with commitment to ethical promotion practices.
Additional Details
This internship lasts 2 months, beginning immediately with an application deadline of August 9, 2026. Available positions total 50. The compensation is performance-based. Benefits include a certificate upon completion, a letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, and a five-day work week.
