This full-time, in-office internship is for a Company Secretary (CS) role with Radha Smelters Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad. The assignment runs for 24 months and begins immediately.

What You Will Do
- Support the upkeep of statutory registers, official records, and company documentation.
- Draft meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions while working under guidance.
- Update and manage records connected to directors, shareholders, and regulatory filings.
- Monitor compliance timelines and assist with timely statutory submissions.
Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a full-time, on-site internship, able to start between 8 June 2026 and 13 July 2026, committed to the full 24-month duration, and equipped with relevant skills and interest in the role.
Compensation
The internship offers a stipend of INR 10,000 to INR 12,000 per month.
