About the Internship
This full-time internship requires attendance at our Kandivali East, Mumbai office, with daily commuting mandatory. Applicants must be ready to join immediately and should not seek remote or hybrid formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, perform competitor analysis, and assist in business planning to explore growth trajectories across various business units.
- Produce diverse content such as reels, videos, scripts, captions, presentations, and other brand messaging materials.
- Oversee and manage social media marketing efforts across multiple brand verticals to boost awareness, engagement, and audience expansion.
- Support marketing campaigns, build partnerships and collaborations, and engage in brand development activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are executed punctually, with consistent follow-ups and daily operational management.
- Assist hiring functions by screening candidates, organizing interviews, and aiding recruitment efforts.
- Participate in meetings involving clients, partners, vendors, and collaborators, responsibly capturing action points and ensuring timely execution.
- Engage in process improvements, problem-solving, and special project contributions while gaining comprehensive exposure to business operations and brand management.

Compensation and Benefits
The monthly stipend ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000, comprised of a fixed component (₹10,000 to ₹15,000) plus an incentive component (₹5,000 to ₹10,000). Additional perks include a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation upon successful internship conclusion, an informal dress code, complimentary snacks and beverages, and potential for a job offer post-internship. On conversion to a full-time employee, the expected salary ranges from ₹400,000 to ₹600,000 annually.
