About the Internship
Join Apport Software Solutions Private Limited as a Human Resources Intern and develop practical skills in recruitment and talent management while working remotely. Collaborate with the HR team to assist with essential HR functions and gain foundational exposure to employee engagement and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing potential candidates, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Manage and update employee information and HR databases efficiently utilizing MS-Excel and MS-Word.
- Contribute to performance management support and help facilitate employee relations activities.
- Assist in formulating HR policies and drafting procedural documents.
- Communicate effectively in both spoken and written English with management and staff regarding HR matters.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be eligible for a remote internship and available to start between July 15, 2026, and August 19, 2026.
- Applicants should commit to a full 6-month internship term.
- Must possess relevant skills and interest aligned to HR activities.
Remuneration and Working Conditions
- The internship stipend ranges from INR 2000 to 5000 per month.
- This is a full-time, remote internship opportunity, operating on a 5-day workweek schedule.
- Interns will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the internship.
