About the internship

This in-office internship in Mumbai is focused on influencer marketing and social media collaboration. You will help the team discover suitable creators, support campaign outreach, coordinate content delivery, and monitor performance across platforms. The role also includes working on campaign ideas, story-driven social content, and day-to-day coordination with internal marketing stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Find and shortlist influencers across social platforms that match the brand’s audience and campaign goals.
Review creator content, explore new talent, and test fresh storytelling formats.
Support outreach efforts and manage partnership coordination with influencers.
Keep influencer records, campaign notes, and contact details updated in an organised database.
Prepare collaboration briefs and assist with communication for creator partnerships.
Handle product shipping coordination and help ensure content is delivered on time.
Monitor influencer post results and compile engagement and performance reports.
Work with the marketing team on campaign concepts and social-first storytelling.
Follow influencer trends, viral content patterns, and current best practices on social media.

Eligibility

Applicants must be able to take up a full-time, in-office internship. They should be available to begin between 7 Jul 2026 and 11 Aug 2026, commit for 4 months, and be based in Mumbai. Candidates with relevant skills and a genuine interest in influencer marketing may apply. Freshers seeking jobs are also eligible to apply.

Requirements

Graduation in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related discipline, with availability for full-time work.
Good understanding of how social media platforms work.
Strong communication and organisational abilities.
Creative mindset with a careful eye for detail.
Basic familiarity with influencer marketing tools is preferred.
