Internship Overview
Join Loadshare Networks Private Limited as an Influencer Marketing Intern based in Bangalore. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to support and execute influencer marketing campaigns while working at a tech-focused logistics startup committed to enhancing operations across tier 2 and tier 3 Indian markets. The internship spans 3 months starting immediately, with a monthly stipend between INR 18,000 and 20,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential content creators on platforms such as Instagram and YouTube by building data-driven databases that track engagement, demographics, and ROI.
- Support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns, including managing project timelines, reviewing content, and analyzing real-time performance data like reach and conversions.
- Curate high-quality user-generated content from influencers to bolster Loadshare's native channels and stay abreast of digital trends and platform changes to refine content strategies.
- Serve as a liaison for micro-influencers and creators, fostering long-term partnerships, addressing their queries, and facilitating collaborative digital activities.
- Maintain accurate influencer CRM records, perform competitive analyses, and prepare executive summaries with insights and scaling strategies for marketing campaigns.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Availability for a full-time, in-office internship starting between July 13, 2026, and August 17, 2026, for a duration of 3 months.
- Experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or previous marketing internships.
- A personal presence as a content creator or micro-influencer, preferably with engaged followers on Instagram or YouTube.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems.
- Strong skills in social media marketing, negotiation, attention to detail, time management, creative thinking, MS-Excel, problem-solving, client relationship management, teamwork, adaptability, and effective communication.
