Performance Marketing Internship

About the Role

This internship offers hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns, specifically on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms. The intern will get to support campaign strategy, monitor performance through key marketing indicators, and collaborate with creative teams to craft effective advertisements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Track campaign metrics and prepare performance analysis reports.
• Conduct comprehensive research on audiences, keywords, and competitors to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Liaise with creative teams to develop ad copy, visuals, and other campaign collateral.
• Interpret campaign data to recommend optimization strategies that boost conversions and return on investment.

Candidate Requirements and Eligibility

Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting 3 months and should be able to commence the internship between July 31, 2026, and September 4, 2026. Relevant skills and a keen interest in digital marketing are mandatory. Fresh graduates seeking job opportunities are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

The internship stipend ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month. Additional perks include a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, a casual dress code, and the possibility of a permanent job offer upon successful completion of the internship.

Additional Information

• Successful interns may receive a full-time salary package between ₹300,000 and ₹400,000 per annum upon conversion to permanent employment.
