About the Internship
Join Mudra Portfolio Managers as a Real Estate Research Intern to actively support research and business growth efforts. Your role will involve engaging with builders and developers, gathering and analyzing project data, fostering durable relationships, and liaising with NRIs via calls to facilitate international property shows.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with property builders and developers to acquire project details and market insights.
- Establish and sustain professional ties with developers and industry participants.
- Investigate, benchmark, and evaluate real estate projects and prevailing market patterns.
- Ensure up-to-date and precise project data maintenance within the company's records.
- Liaise with internal teams for accurate and prompt dissemination of project details.
- Communicate with Non-Resident Indians over phone to aid business expansion and property exhibitions abroad.
- Support various research, data gathering, and business development tasks as needed.
Eligibility and Candidate Profile
- Applicants must be available full-time on-site for a 3-month period starting between July 22, 2026, and August 26, 2026.
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Age range between 20 to 25 years.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is required.
- Excellent analytical capacity and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated interest in the real estate domain.
