Position Overview
This role combines sales, client service, and leadership responsibilities. You will nurture client relationships, develop new business, and supervise cleaning teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business prospects to expand the client base.
- Manage and maintain an existing client portfolio, assuring top-level service quality.
- Lead, coach, and support supervisors and cleaning staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Coordinate staffing, manage resources, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Address and resolve operational challenges efficiently and effectively.
- Keep precise and up-to-date records of staff, wages, and client details.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams.
- Confident in sales processes from prospecting through closing deals.
- Possess resilience, adaptability, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication abilities and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational skills to balance client relationships, team management, and operational tasks.
- Previous experience in account management, sales, or leadership roles is highly advantageous.
