Account Manager

Overview

MoveSmart Rentals is looking to hire skilled Account Managers to lead the owner experience throughout the leasing process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the client journey smoothly, fostering client trust, and ensuring precise task execution from initiation to completion.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for owners during the leasing lifecycle, delivering a premium and attentive client experience.
• Coordinate and oversee workflow delivery by confirming readiness, collecting necessary information, facilitating subsequent steps, and mitigating any delays.
• Provide timely and proactive communication to keep owners informed about progress and future actions.
• Handle time-sensitive tasks with urgency and effective communication.
• Ensure proper collection and management of documentation in line with company protocols.
• Maintain accurate CRM entries including notes, tasks, follow-ups, and progression of leasing stages.
• Identify and escalate potential issues early and maintain client satisfaction through sound judgment.

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in account management is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients or cases simultaneously with consistent and thorough communication.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence in resolving client issues.
• Strong adherence to processes and comfort navigating structured CRM workflows.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, property management, or real estate operations is advantageous.
• Familiarity with high-volume and service-level agreement (SLA) driven environments.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI and various tools to enhance documentation, reporting, and internal operations.

Technical Requirements for Remote Work

• Dual monitor configuration.
• Computer equipped with at least 16GB of RAM.
• Internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps.
• Webcam for video communication.
• Noise-cancelling headset for clear audio.

Compensation

The position offers an annual base salary ranging from 50000 to 70000 Canadian dollars depending on experience, complemented by performance-based bonuses. Exceptional performers may earn up to approximately 95000 CAD annually. Detailed compensation information will be provided during the interview phase.
