Job Overview
Shivam Textile seeks a meticulous and dependable Accountant to oversee daily financial activities and ensure precise accounting processes. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining organized financial data to facilitate seamless business operations.
Key Duties
- Maintain accurate daily accounting records.
- Record and track sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Generate and manage invoices, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and cash transactions regularly.
- Assist in compiling monthly and yearly financial reports.
- Keep detailed records of expenses and vendor payments.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and fundamental accounting principles.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to manage financial documentation.
- Provide support for audits and tax documentation as needed.
- Carry out other accounting and related administrative responsibilities as assigned.
