Within Recruiting & Onboarding, you will identify the right talents and support them during their initial days. The HR Business Partner/Service sector provides competent HR contacts from day one. Employment Law & HR Compliance focuses on labor law. HR Organization & Transformation aims to digitalize and future-proof our HR processes. The People & Organizational Development department ensures diverse learning and development opportunities and fosters a workplace culture centered around people with open communication, ownership, and teamwork.
Role and Responsibilities
Your mission is to captivate the best talents in a highly competitive market through targeted sourcing, especially for critical key positions, and elevate the candidate journey to a new standard.
- Manage sourcing assignments independently for critical profiles, using data-driven sourcing to acquire talent strategically.
- Prepare, maintain, and transparently present sourcing metrics in daily operations to management.
- Develop innovative national and international search and outreach strategies to turn challenges into opportunities.
- Create detailed market analyses to advise departments and devise suitable recruiting measures.
- Design an exceptional candidate journey from the initial approachable contact to successful contract signing.
Candidate Profile
- Solid professional experience in active sourcing, including KPI management and responsibility for key figures.
- Strong communication skills to engage candidates respectfully, creatively, and individually.
- High persuasiveness and assertiveness to reliably steer recruitment processes alongside departments.
- Empathetic demeanor combined with a strong service mindset to foster trusted teamwork.
- Preferably, some experience with sourcing tools and markets is an advantage but not a prerequisite at the start.
