Analyst, Finance III

Overview

The role requires a finance professional with a bachelor's degree preferably in Finance or Accounting, with further qualifications such as CIMA, CMA, CA, or an MBA being advantageous. Candidates should have over three years of experience in plant financial management, inventory control, and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Enhance financial outcomes by analyzing revenues, inventory, production costs, forecasting data, variances, and business trends
• Prepare recommendations and business insights for management and executive presentations
• Perform financial, operational, customer profitability, inventory, and market analyses to assist decision-making processes
• Maintain current knowledge of financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory management, and revenue recognition practices
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and IFRS policies as per company guidelines
• Develop financial and analytic models to aid in valuation, planning, forecasting, budgeting, and managing business performance
• Support capital budgeting, expenditure planning, inventory management, and working capital optimization initiatives
• Reconcile revenues, inventory, and financial transactions by cross-verifying operational and accounting records
• Foster effective communication and cooperation with stakeholders in Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance departments
• Oversee the maintenance of all documentation and digital records associated with departmental activities
• Implement and maintain proper record-keeping and filing systems for financial and operational data management
• Identify, evaluate, and address abnormal transactions, variances, and reporting issues promptly
