- Communicate clearly and professionally with potential customers using provided scripts, while developing a conversational approach.
- Confirm appointments and carry out follow-ups to maximize attendance rates.
- Record detailed customer information, appointment data, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Address basic customer inquiries and effectively explain the consultation purpose.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and management to maintain a continuous pipeline of appointments.
- Track activity levels, scheduled appointments, and personal performance against weekly goals.
Candidate Qualifications
- Confidence and ease in communicating with people over the phone.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Motivated by achieving targets, commissions, and performance rewards.
- Willingness to be coached and learn established sales methods.
- Persistence and resilience in managing rejection without loss of momentum.
- Organized and disciplined in managing follow-up activities.
- Adept at building rapport quickly with potential clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software, calling platforms, email, and basic computer usage.
- Interest in sales, business development, clean energy, or progressing in a results-driven career.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, direct sales, call centers, customer service, lead generation, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory if strong communication and confidence are demonstrated.
Training and Work Arrangement
- Mandatory commitment to a minimum two-week hands-on in-office training at North York covering company services, CRM use, qualification processes, scripts, objection handling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.
- Potential for hybrid work flexibility after training, dependent upon performance, reliability, productivity, and managerial approval.
Compensation Details
- Compensation includes a base salary plus commission.
- On average, high performers earn between $1,800 and $2,000 or more per week, subject to individual sales results and appointment quality.
- Earning potential increases with improved sales performance.
