Position Overview
Candidzone is actively seeking a seasoned Architect specializing in interior design. This role requires expertise in projects centered on interior elements and equipment, with a strong emphasis on luxury and contemporary furnishings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage luxury interior design endeavors, ensuring excellence in visual and functional outcomes.
- Develop detailed designs focusing on contemporary furniture, including intricate detailing work.
- Create interior fit-out strategies and furnish spaces adhering to high-quality concepts.
- Produce comprehensive concept designs, mood boards, and precise shop drawings for project execution.
- Coordinate efficiently with clients, overseeing project delivery to meet expectations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a minimum of 5 to 8 years of architecture and interior design experience specifically within Qatar.
- Demonstrate robust knowledge of premium materials, finishings, and detailed specifications pertinent to high-end interior environments.
- Proficient in architectural and design software including AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalents.
- Familiarity with local Qatar regulations and industry standards is advantageous.
- Strong grasp of space planning, aesthetic principles, and functional design integration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with clients and project teams.
- Candidates must have immediate availability to join.
- Valid Qatar ID (QID) and No Objection Certificate (NOC) are mandatory prerequisites.
