직무 설명
Job Overview
We are looking for a meticulous Architectural Drafter to enhance our design and drafting operations. This full-time remote role requires proficiency in producing floor plans, construction drawings, and technical layouts with precision and efficiency. The work schedule is from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed architectural layouts, including floor plans and elevations.
- Interpret and implement sketches, annotations, and design guidance given by architects or project leads.
- Manage and update project tasks and documentation within Asana.
- Ensure all drawings adhere strictly to architectural standards and client specifications.
- Work collaboratively with the design team, accommodate revisions, and meet daily deliverable goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Must own licensed versions of Revit and AutoCAD; software is not supplied by the employer.
- Demonstrated experience in drafting architectural designs, especially floor plans.
- High attention to detail, strong accuracy, and effective time management skills.
- Competence with remote project management platforms, specifically Asana.
- Capability to complete and succeed in a skills evaluation test.
