Role Overview

As an Architectural Technologist, your responsibilities will include producing precise technical drawings, creating BIM models, and assembling detailed construction documentation with Revit software. You will handle documentation for planning, tender, and construction stages, develop thorough technical details, and coordinate key project data effectively. Collaboration with consultants, contractors, and various stakeholders will be essential to ensure project success. Maintaining detailed records and exercising strong focus on accuracy throughout all project phases is crucial.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist, ideally across a range of project types.
• Expertise in Revit for generating BIM models and creating construction drawings.
• Comprehensive understanding of Irish Building Regulations and construction detailing.
• Capability to prepare detailed planning, tender, and construction documentation.
• Site exposure during construction stages, complemented by excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team setting.
