Area Operations Manager

Job Overview

We are searching for an experienced Area Operations Manager to oversee and enhance operational processes within assigned geographic zones or multiple territories. This role demands managing end-to-end execution, scaling and leading large teams, and driving key business metrics aligned with profit and loss targets.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee complete operations for designated regions or multiple territories, ensuring smooth and efficient process adherence and execution of SOPs and organizational standards.
• Manage and elevate team productivity by leading large teams comprising 50 to 150 members through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Take full accountability for regional business targets, including P&L metrics, identifying growth prospects and deploying scalable strategies.
• Collaborate closely with various departments such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to align efforts and maintain robust stakeholder relations for seamless workflow.
• Utilize data analysis to spot trends, identify gaps, and recommend improvements; make informed decisions in dynamic settings and resolve operational challenges using structured approaches.
