Role and Responsibilities

• Implement and uphold Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards and guidelines throughout all company facilities.
• Develop EHS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), train relevant personnel, and drive continuous improvements in EHS performance.
• Identify hazards and implement measures to minimize risks.
• Carry out regular safety assessments and audits to detect hazards; ensure effective risk controls are applied.
• Provide counseling to employees regarding unsafe behaviors and practices.
• Collaborate with Heads of Departments to enforce Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) in response to safety observations.
• Oversee emergency preparedness, including maintenance of firefighting and emergency equipment.
• Ensure the Emergency Response Team is properly trained to handle incidents.
• Conduct routine mock drills and fire safety training sessions.
• Regularly test fire detection and alarm systems to confirm operational readiness.
