Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager and Deputy General Manager in overseeing daily operations both in the restaurant and bar areas.
• Exemplify outstanding guest service and motivate the team through leading by example.
• Supervise and mentor restaurant staff to uphold superior service quality standards.
• Support staff scheduling, manage reservations, and ensure smooth day-to-day functionality.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any complaints professionally to maintain satisfaction.
• Ensure proper cash handling and execute opening and closing protocols accurately.
• Maintain strict cleanliness standards, presentation, and regulatory compliance across the venue.
• Conduct thorough and effective shift handovers to ensure operational continuity.
