Assistant Store Manager

Overview

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations to drive sales performance and profitability. This role includes responsibilities in staff development, expense management, shrink control, merchandising, and inventory management while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges from $14.75 to $15.00, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Job Requirements and Physical Demands

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess prior retail or management experience. The role demands physical activity including standing or walking for over 8 hours per day, ladder climbing, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
