About the Role
We are looking for dedicated Customer Support Executives to join us in handling customer service operations for leading airlines and banking sectors. This full-time, day shift position is based in multiple Mumbai locations including Thane, Andheri, Navi Mumbai, and other suburbs. Both newcomers and experienced individuals with good communication skills and a customer-centric attitude are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer communications professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to airline bookings, banking services, account management, transactions, and service requests.
- Address customer complaints promptly and escalate issues appropriately.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and documentation.
- Adhere to company processes, policies, and quality standards to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Focus on delivering timely resolutions to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum completion of 12th grade.
- Age range: 18 to 42 years.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
- Welcomes freshers as well as experienced professionals.
- Basic proficiency in English communication is mandatory.
Work Schedule and Location
This is a full-time position requiring attendance at the office during day shifts.
