Associate Center Manager

Overview

The Associate Center Manager acts as the primary representative and driving force behind the success of a Cultfit facility. This position demands a strong commitment to delivering excellent member experiences, achieving sales goals, and maintaining top-notch operational standards in a dynamic, service-oriented fitness setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and achieve monthly targets related to memberships, renewals, and upsells.
• Convert walk-in and trial visitors into members through effective consultations.
• Manage the full membership conversion process with accurate and consistent documentation through the portal.
• Ensure seamless daily operations via use of checklist tools.
• Supervise scheduling, trainer punctuality, and class session preparedness.
• Perform daily facility inspections to uphold cleanliness, safety, and brand guidelines.
• Control inventory of essential items like first-aid supplies and water, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Identify and resolve operational issues concerning attendance, bookings, equipment, or facility maintenance.
• Foster welcoming relationships with members to build an engaged, community-focused environment.
• Handle member escalations ensuring a smooth experience before, during, and after classes.
• Collect and document feedback from both members and trainers to drive continuous improvements.
• Maintain high standards of service quality, representing the Cultfit brand professionally.

Success Criteria

• Consistently meet or exceed sales and conversion goals.
• Maintain a smooth-running, compliant, and high-functioning centre.
• Achieve strong member satisfaction, high retention, and positive net promoter scores (NPS).
• Ensure a vibrant centre atmosphere with excellent audit results and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma qualification.
• 2 to 5 years experience in sales, operations, hospitality, retail, or service-oriented roles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and ownership mentality.
• Preferred: enthusiasm for fitness, wellness, and community development.
