Role Summary
The Associate in Contract Management plays a critical role by reviewing and processing various contract types—such as confidentiality agreements, master service agreements, statements of work, and contract amendments—in a timely manner. This position involves extensive collaboration with commercial, legal, service line, and finance stakeholders across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of client and vendor contracts following organizational policies.
- Ensure contracts and related data are accurately maintained within Salesforce and DocuSign CLM systems.
- Support prompt progression of contract reviews and execution processes.
- Participate actively in contract development discussions with service lines within EVERSANA.
- Manage the end-to-end contracting workflow, communicate expected turnaround times, enforce deadlines, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Promote and uphold adherence to established contracting procedures.
- Assist in identifying, formulating, and implementing improvements to contract policies.
- Exhibit commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by modeling inclusive behavior and addressing implicit bias.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Working Conditions
- 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday.
- Work hours overlap with U.S. time zones, starting between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
- No travel is currently anticipated in this role.
Candidate Qualifications
- Preferably 1-2 years experience in a junior contract role handling multiple tasks simultaneously and interacting with stakeholders.
- Strong time and project management abilities.
- Confident in engaging with personnel at all levels internally and externally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with commitment to quality.
- Sound judgment, especially in unclear or ambiguous scenarios.
- Familiarity with corporate policies and procedures.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with Salesforce and DocuSign CLM is advantageous.
