Role Overview
The Associate, Instructional Design will play a crucial role in creating, delivering, and maintaining e-learning training content for Cogstate’s products and staff development initiatives. The individual will collaborate with internal subject matter experts to transform technical training content—especially related to Central Nervous System assessments in clinical trials—into effective, engaging e-learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform and polish content from scientific experts into high-quality e-learning courses and training materials maintaining brand and process consistency.
- Incorporate regular feedback and revisions to update courses.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of learning deliverables.
- Conduct quality review of training courses created by peers.
- Update and revise course material with each product or patch release cycle.
- Create and edit PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external audiences.
- Keep current with the latest Articulate Storyline 360 features and updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in Storyline 360 e-learning development software; familiarity with its AI tool is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in developing eLearning courses.

Salary
The wage range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 annually (USD).
