Audit Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent Audit Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The role involves performing accounting reviews, audit procedures, compliance checks, and liaising with clients to ensure accurate and timely audit completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate accounting entries using Tally ERP or similar client accounting systems.
• Carry out both internal and statutory audits following the prescribed audit scope.
• Prepare comprehensive audit documentation including working papers and findings to facilitate audit completion.
• Review and reconcile compliance related to GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
• Support senior auditors in planning and conducting audits efficiently.
• Conduct vouching, evidence verification, and systematic documentation of audit data.
• Collaborate with clients to obtain necessary data and clarify audit requirements.

Candidate Profile & Skills

• Experience preferably gained in a Chartered Accountancy firm, focusing on internal and statutory audits of companies.
• Familiarity with Tally software (any version) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Sound understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of GST laws and filing structures.
• Awareness of TDS regulations and compliance procedures.
• Enthusiastic about learning new audit tools and software.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a disciplined approach and ability to meet deadlines.

Reporting to the Manager-In-Charge. Staff bus facility available for commuting.
