About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Media Buyer to handle increasing ad budgets for our trade clients based in the US, UK, and Ireland. Our agency, Power Performance Marketing, specializes exclusively in lead generation for trade businesses and is poised for significant expansion in 2026.
We provide proven advertising systems, automation, and operational processes. Your role will focus on overseeing client campaigns using provided ad copy, creative assets, and strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and manage new client campaigns within Facebook Ads Manager
- Integrate lead forms with the GoHighLevel CRM system following detailed standard operating procedures
- Conduct split testing on ad sets, creatives, and target audiences to optimize campaign performance
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share insights and propose innovative ideas
- Oversee campaigns specifically for trade industry clients across the US, UK, and Ireland
Required Experience and Skills
Ideal candidates will have experience managing B2C lead generation campaigns, preferably in home services or trades-related industries. Strong familiarity with Facebook Ads and lead generation strategies is essential.
