About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver welcoming and efficient face-to-face service to assist customers with their banking requirements.
- Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately while ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance on digital banking and respond to account inquiries.
- Maintain meticulous transaction records and uphold a high standard of security and regulatory compliance.
- Seek opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer service quality.
Candidate Profile
