Billing Executive

About the Role

We are hiring a meticulous Billing Executive to manage billing activities in our corporate office located in Parrys, Chennai. This position supports our wheat flour mill and FMCG manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate accurate and timely customer invoices and related documents including sales bills, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
• Maintain comprehensive billing records ensuring all transactions are well documented.
• Collaborate with sales, dispatch, logistics, and accounts departments to ensure seamless order processing.
• Validate pricing, quantities, discounts, and tax details prior to invoice preparation.
• Update billing data using Tally, ERP, or SAP platforms.
• Reconcile invoices and resolve any billing discrepancies efficiently.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and communicate with clients as necessary.
• Prepare regular billing reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations and internal billing protocols.
• Assist with accounts and administrative tasks as needed.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline.
• 1 to 5 years’ experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts support.
• Proven proficiency in Tally, ERP, or SAP systems is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Ability to operate with accuracy under strict deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, or related industries, especially flour mills, is advantageous.
