Role Responsibilities

Manage all visual production across brand identity, marketing campaigns, website, social media, and product launches from ideation through to finalized assets.
Translate detailed and complex financial products and infrastructure into clear, accessible visual communications.
Develop and maintain a cohesive visual system that scales consistently across all deliverables, beyond just documentation.
Create impactful visuals supporting events and content, including Web3 conferences, illustrative whitepapers, and blog imagery.
Adapt and optimize design elements for Web3 platforms ensuring responsiveness on crypto wallets, mobile applications, and animated formats, incorporating industry-specific trends.
When appropriate, produce motion graphics and 3D elements for product explainers, launch videos, and conference presentations.

Candidate Profile

Efficient and high-quality: Demonstrates ability to deliver excellent design work promptly, with clear evidence of managing deadlines and prioritization through portfolio case studies.
Expertise depth: Possesses deep proficiency in one or two core areas such as branding, motion graphics, or 3D design, with working competency across others.
Self-driven: Capable of independently planning, sequencing, and leading projects, making informed decisions under ambiguous briefs without supervision.
Proactive approach: Tends to propose concepts confidently rather than seek incremental approvals.
Open to critique: Comfortable with direct, transparent feedback in a fast-moving, small team environment.
Diverse portfolio: Has a strong collection of completed, live project work demonstrating delivery under pressure rather than theoretical concepts.

Additional Preferences

Experience in crypto or fintech sectors sufficient to understand protocols without on-the-job training.
Previous in-house roles at early-stage companies.
Advanced skills in 3D or motion design beyond basic familiarity.
