Role Summary

We seek a Business Analyst to join our Custom Tech Services team, engaging in client-driven technical projects encompassing bespoke platform development, business systems, SaaS product enhancements, and integrations between our proprietary products and external platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support client and stakeholder discovery sessions to gather business objectives, workflows, pain points, and success metrics.
